Back in 2004, we started with a blank sheet and a big ambition: to build a premium home delivery company from the ground up. No shortcuts — just hard graft, relentless focus, and a commitment to doing things properly. Over the years, we didn’t just grow — we thrived.
Along the way, we picked up nine major awards, including Business of the Year, Business Person of the Year, and Training & Development Company of the Year (three times, no less). These weren’t just accolades — they were markers of a team that believed in people, process, and performance.
By 2010, we went national — rebranding as Network 4 Home Delivery, delivering seamless two-person services across the UK.
That same year, we launched Collectyouroldbed.com, a first-of-its-kind solution for collecting and responsibly disposing of old mattresses and beds directly from customer homes. It filled a crucial service gap and quickly gained traction. Both businesses were later acquired by Rhenus Logistics, who approached us in 2015 and completed the acquisition in 2017.
We stayed on post-acquisition, leading as Managing Director and Operations Director for another eight years. During that time, we didn’t just manage operations — we redefined them. We implemented intellectual routing, introduced automated chatbots, and drove continuous improvement across the business — enabling sustained growth even as the landscape shifted.
Now, we’ve launched RSG Consultancy — blending entrepreneurial vision, sector-specific depth, and corporate expertise. And we haven’t stopped there. We’ve also brought on a portfolio of trusted consultants, each with their own specialised expertise across the entire supply chain and beyond. This allows us to serve clients across a range of sectors, offering tailored solutions that optimise performance, accelerate transformation, and unlock long-term value.
