Vincent Riley is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience in logistics and business development. With a strong foundation in military training, he specialises in business growth, scalability, and change management.
Vincent’s career began in the military, where he gained expertise in logistics before transitioning to the private sector. He founded four businesses, including an award-winning two-person home delivery company, which he grew into a market leader before selling it to one of Germany’s largest logistics firms.
Remaining as Managing Director post-acquisition, Vincent spearheaded growth initiatives, expanding the company by 590%. His strategic focus on innovation, automation, and digitalisation positioned the business for long-term success.

Lucie
Managing Consultant
With over 20 years of experience in logistics, business transformation, and digital automation, Lucie Riley is a highly accomplished Lean Sigma 6 qualified consultant dedicated to optimising operations, driving growth, and enhancing customer experiences with Agile Project Management Experience.
Lucie’s journey began with founding four successful businesses, two of which were acquired by one of Germany’s largest logistics firms. As a leader in the two-person home delivery sector, she played a crucial role in improving efficiency and streamlining operations.
A former Sales Trainer, Lucie established a Training Academy of Excellence, fostering talent development and performance improvement. Her expertise in business start-ups and growth earned her seven prestigious awards, including Business Person of the Year.
After selling her businesses, Lucie remained as Operations Director for nearly eight years, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and innovation. Today, she helps businesses across industries refine their operations, enhance customer experiences, and achieve long-term success.
Richard
Consultant
With over 25 years experience in operational delivery, business development, bid and program management, Richard is a highly accomplished logistics professional. A large proportion of his career has been rooted in manufacturing logistics running sizeable inbound and in-plant operations with responsibility for over 1,500 colleagues.
Richard started his career in the Automotive sector, learning the principles of lean, kaizen and the base fundamentals of continuous improvement. These principles have been the foundation building blocks that he has then applied throughout his career. He has since reshaped supply chains and delivered process efficiency within the Defense, Drinks, FMCG, Industrial, Technology and Aerospace sectors .
As a passionate people person, in all his roles from Operations Manager through to Managing Director Richard knows that the importance of team development, training and personal empowerment have been critical to building business success and sustaining change in the working environment.
Steve
Consultant
Steve’s career is founded on a commitment to operational excellence and a deep understanding of transport and logistics transformation.
Beginning his journey with the Royal Corps of Transport as a driver, Steve quickly advanced into leadership roles. In one of his early management positions, he led the implementation and training of new operational systems, including SAP.
His career progressed through increasingly senior roles, where he consistently delivered outstanding performance .
At Director level, he successfully oversaw the rapid expansion of a driver training fleet, growing it tenfold within three years.
Today, as a Transport Manager and Logistics Consultant, Steve specialises in helping non-compliant transport operations reach full compliance, delivering improved safety, efficiency, and long-term resilience.
