Lucie’s career began with building four successful businesses from the ground up, two of which were later acquired by one of Germany’s largest logistics companies. Her experience spans logistics within the two-person home delivery sector, where she played a pivotal role in optimising operations, improving efficiency, and enhancing the customer journey.
As a former Sales Trainer, Lucie utilised her expertise to establish a Training Academy of Excellence, investing in people and fostering future growth within her businesses. This initiative focused on upskilling teams, improving performance, and promoting a culture of continuous development—principles that she continues to apply in her consulting work.
