He founded four businesses, including an award-winning two-person home delivery company, which he grew into a market leader before selling it to one of Germany’s largest logistics firms.
Remaining as Managing Director post-acquisition, Vincent spearheaded growth initiatives, expanding the company by 590%. His strategic focus on innovation, automation, and digitalisation positioned the business for long-term success.
